How can the answer be improved? Civilization 6 Priscila SSR The owner of a magical black cat, but missing a flying broom, Priscila is a level 30 witch of the wilds with the ability to turn into a hangry dragon if not fed chocolate regularly.

R&F civs have been added to the power chart:. Chandragupta is much better than Ghandi as India but his greatest setback is the delay to unlock the Military Training civic.

He also has no unique means of increasing science, culture or production to help him unlock the Military Training civic, making a suggested domination victory slower. Genghis Khan is very similar to Catherine De Medici in terms on their unique ability except Genghis has a very powerful maximum of +6 diplomatic visibility attack bonus and +9 on their cavalry units. Genghis has a playstyle aimed very much aimed towards a domination victory. Lautaro is a very mixed up leader.

Their unique unit is almost incompatible with their unique ability and comes quite late into the game. Their unique improvement, although useful for culture generation, is quite hard to find a building place. However, Lautaro's unique ability makes him good at raiding cities and weakening an enemy player, making him have a suggested domination victory. Poundmaker is incredibly strong at making money and can churn out districts very quickly with the district purchase governor promotion, making him very good at building wide and vast empires which is also improved by the Nihithaw ability. However, their unique unit is underwhelming despite the better survivability against barbarians.

Civ

Poundmaker is a very well rounded leader but has no distinct victories, however, with the financial bonuses paired with district purchases I would recommend a science victory. Robert The Bruce can gain ridiculous amounts of production and science bonuses from his civ and leader abilities, this is made achievable by the very powerful golf course that even generates a little bit of culture too. Robert, when played correctly, can also produce great scientists and great engineers very quickly.

Although, the highlander is underwhelming as a unique unit. Robert's bonuses make him great for a recommended science victory. Seondeok is an insanely powerful leader who can race through the science tree whilst her Three Kingdoms ability incentivises the building of mines and Seowons (campuses) she also gains incredible amounts of production. The Hwa'cha if unlocked early enough can blaze through enemy units through many eras. Her Hwarang ability when paired with the Pingala science and culture bonus governor ability can have her cities gain a +30% science and culture bonus. Seondock is adaptable to all victory types except religious.

Shaka is currently the best leader because he can build sustainable and productive cities due to the Ikanda district that offers +1 housing and the Isibongo ability that makes newly occupied cities less likely to leave your grasp through lack of loyalty. The impi can be spammed very quickly and the Amabutho and Isibongo abilities allow the impi to tear through cities at a very fast rate. I definitely recommend a domination victory as Shaka. Tamar has a very strong religious path but not much to help her kickstart a religion to start her momentum, which is her major fault on higher difficulties when chances of getting a great prophet is slim.

Nonetheless, she has obscenely good faith production and her unique unit is very powerful in certain situations. For Tamar, I recommend a religious victory. Wilhelmina can build sustainable, productive and rich cities with the polder tile improvement and this is reinforced by the +1 loyalty from internal trade routes and +1 culture from external trade routes. However, the culture bomb from building a harbour is pretty much useless and her unique unit is only good at sieging coastal cities, making her playstyle very narrow due to the reliance on the coast and situational polder improvement. For Wilhelmina, I recommend a culture victory.
