PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!!!I've decided to release the new mod here, to the general public. The new mod will not have Diplomacy or Custom Troop Trees but this version will have a link for manual download in the description. The new release will have my Custom Character Creator mod, my own collection of Custom Game-play Tweaks, my version of custom troops and Native as the base. I completed custom equipment and now working on custom stats.

After the stat part is done, I will update the mod. @ValkorionDon't worry, I'm not giving up. I've just returned from my leave of absence and have been working on the mod again. Not sure when the update will be ready but it won't be too long. The new update is gonna change the feel quite a bit.

Hopefully you're a 'reader' and seen that I'm implementing my own version of troop customization, so the way you customize troops is gonna change and it's gonna start with a 'sample size' of only being able to customize professional mercenaries, meaning mercenaries that aren't townsfolk or farmers.

You can try a couple of these, copied from an old post I made.Here are 2 mods that will answer your needs,the first one has an all female faction. Quite well done, uses native map, has new music. The creator is Spanish, I helped him a bit in translating companion dialogue to English, so blame me if some of it is a bit wonky. Ribhinn Revolution is the name of the mod.' Matriarchy' is the second.

This new presentation replaced the character creation kit created by Rubik we used before Floris 2.5. This was done to combine a number of starting menus into a single presentation as well as now give you the ability to see what your statistical benefits should be for a given combination prior to entering the game. It adds new female troop trees and ability to recruit either men or women from villages. It was made last year, I just checked the download link and the file is still available.
